Booking Appointments and Arrival Times
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for preparing and paperwork. Late arrivals may require us to shorten the length of your service. You will still be responsible for the full price of the original service in this circumstance.
Appointments can be booked online here, or over the phone. Guests should be aware that appointment availability is limited. You made want to book a few weeks in advance to be sure that you get a time and day that works best with your schedule.

A valid credit card is required at your time of booking. This card will be used to hold your appointment and will not be charged until the time of your appointment. If you would like to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your service, you can do so. This policy also applies to gift card, gift certificates, and coupons.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require notice at least 24 hours in advance in order to cancel or reschedule any service without charge. If you cannot make an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the original service. The card that you provided at the time of booking will be charged for this fee.
Gratuities are not included in the listed price of our services or memberships. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated by our skin therapists. The industry standard in gratuity ranges from 18% to 25% of the service fee.
Skincraft has several membership options who want to take advantage of affordable pricing and regular treatments to keep their skin healthy and beautiful. Specific benefit details on those memberships can be found here.
Memberships cannot be combined with any other offers.
Memberships cannot be transferred or terminated within 4 months of being initiated.
Please contact SkinCraft if a medical condition arises which could prevent you from getting a facial or lash treatment, or if you are relocated due to military duty; we will work with you in these cases. Upon providing proof of these circumstances, your membership may be frozen until your medical condition clears or you are back in the area. A $20 monthly fee may be applied in order to freeze your membership.
If you elect to end your membership, you must notify SkinCraft Facial Bar. Memberships will be cancelled 30 days after notification is received.
Members must notify SkinCraft Facial bar of any changes in credit card or address . Members must notify SkinCraft Facial bar of any relevant medical changes as soon as possible.
At SkinCraft we make an effort to use extremely high quality products and effective treatment methods. Skincare products, SkinCraft services, and SkinCraft gift cards, certificates, and coupons are not refundable.
Gift cards can be purchased from our online shop here. They can be used towards the purchase of both products and services at SkinCraft Facial Bar. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the balance reaches zero.
Gift card types may include standard Gift Cards, E-Gift cards, Gift Certificates, and SkinCraft Coupons. These items may not be returned, applied to previously purchased products or services, or used to purchase additional Gift cards. SkinCraft Facial Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Gift Cars and Gift Certificates
Any guests under the age of 18 who get a professional treatment must have a consent form signed by their parent or guardian.
While SkinCraft Facial Bar does possess gentle treatment options that are generally suitable for our younger guests, we retain the right to refuse treatment to any minor at the discretion of our Estheticians and staff.
Appointments booked through 3rd parties or using 3rd party deals/discounts will be accepted for weekdays only. Limited exceptions can be made at the discretion of SkinCraft Facial Bar.
A Client Consultation Form will be provided to all new SkinCraft guests. Please provide a full and complete account of medical information on this Form. Withholding information on this form may result in irritation to your skin or even harm in extreme cases. Remember that it is your responsibility to inform your Esthetician of your current medical or health conditions and to keep us updated on any changes. We will do our best to be thorough and attentive to your needs and the information that you give us.
